Refund policy

At FIRE DISCOUNT, we want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our return and refund process is simple and transparent.

• Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation number is required for all return requests.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you. If approved, a refund will be issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

• Exceptions: Some items, such as clearance sales, personal care goods, and perishable items, cannot be returned unless defective.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
